"My name is Linnea Thim, and I’m from Tucson, Arizona. I’m currently a junior double-majoring in Biochemistry and Spanish.  Alongside my coursework, I have enjoyed being a part of the CBC ambassador and peer mentor program and participating in undergraduate research. My current work explores biased agonism in the melanocortin-1 receptor as a potential route for melanoma prevention. Participating in research has allowed me to explore my passion for biochemistry and develop a deeper interest in the overlapping field of cancer biology." ~ Linnea
