Carol Fleming Named June Staff of the Month Awardee
Congratulations to Carol Fleming on being selected as the June CBC Staff Member of the Month.
Carol was nominated by Laura Lustro, who had this to say:
It would be my pleasure to recognize Carol Fleming for the June Staff Member of the Month Award for her excellent customer service and “can do” attitude for the Teaching Support Office. Carol has been a positive asset to our office for the past 2.5 years and is well respected by students, staff and faculty. She discerns quickly individual needs and moves efficiently to provide key information, recommendations or directions. As we transitioned this past year from office front desk greetings and support to a remote environment, Carol was vital in setting up zoom links, trainings and best practices for our office survival. All this is accomplished with a friendly voice and a virtual smile! She has helped me tremendously with staff award presentations (campus and snail mail) and any project "thrown" her way, no matter how trivial or tedious. Kudos to Carol!
