New CBC Faculty Spotlight: Hannah Atterholt

Let us welcome our new CBC faculty member, Hannah Atterholt!

"Hello! I’m thrilled to be the newest Academic Advisor supporting undergrads in Chemistry & Biochemistry and Molecular & Cellular Biology. Before joining the University of Arizona, I was a middle and high school math teacher, first in Los Angeles and then in Denver. Before that, I earned degrees in Geography and Environmental & Sustainability Studies from Indiana University.

My experience as an educator has made me passionate about STEM education, and I am so excited to support College of Science students on their educational journey and help them explore the amazing resources available at the U of A.

In my free time, I like to take walks with my son and toy poodle, cook vegan food, practice yoga, and watch TV with my husband. I look forward to supporting undergrads and getting to know everyone in the departments!" ~ Hannah
