Sara Brown, Summer internship Experience

"This summer I got the opportunity to serve as a Summer Internship for Tomorrow's Educators (SITE) Intern at the Illinois Math and Science Academy (IMSA). Working under IMSA's youth outreach department, I taught STEM summer camps for students in grades 1-8. Through this program I led inquiry-based activities and demonstrations across various themes, including art/music, Mars exploration, climate change, Spheros, and product development. It has been an amazing experience to help inspire the future generation of scientists!" ~ Sara
