Congratulations to Chase Valentine on receiving the MEXT Scholarship!

The MEXT Scholarship, offered by Japan's Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, is a competitive international scholarship. The scholarship provides support including tuition, a living stipend, and airfare to and from Japan while attending graduate school. Chase has been provisionally accepted to the University of Tsukuba's program in Life Science Innovation, where he will be studying bioengineering, and hopes to continue through both his Master's and Doctoral degrees at the University of Tsukuba. Chase would also like to publicly thank the Program Coordinator Olivia Mendoza, who wrote one of his letters of recommendation while applying to the program.  Read more about the MEXT Scholarship here!
