Friday, January 27, was Faculty and Staff appreciation night at the Arizona women's basketball game. Dr. Amy Graham was invited onto the court at halftime by Wildcats basketball player Maya Nnaji, who was one of Dr. Graham's students in Chemistry 151 last fall.
Maya's invitation stemmed from the outstanding support provided by Dr. Graham.
The Wildcats trailed 23-18 at halftime, but after Dr. Graham's appearance, the reinvigorated Wildcats went on to win the game.
Dr. Graham was also treated to a tour of the academic and athletic facilities, and was welcomed onto the court before and after the game.
