CBC Celebrates Women's History Month - Olivia Mendoza

In celebration of National Women’s History Month, the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry is placing the spotlight on a few of our most dedicated and serving faculty, staff members, and graduate students, who operate behind the scenes in a multitude of roles for CBC.

Today we present Olivia Mendoza who has worked for the University for 27 years. After earning her MS, she started teaching at Pima College. Olivia then started working at UArizona in various positions, and in 2004 she began in Biochemistry, which then merged in 2009 to the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry.
