Eric Lu

Eric LuEric is currently a junior pursuing a double degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology and Biochemistry with minors in Mathematics, Music and Spanish. He is currently in the lab of Dr. Andrew Capaldi, studying the TORC1 signaling network and the physiological role of reversible protein aggregation. Eric will graduate in May of 2021 and plans to obtain a dual M.D./Ph.D. and pursue a career in academic medicine. He is also an active CBC mentor, an officer for the Arizona Global Health Project (AZGHP), a regular volunteer at Clínica Amistad and the Z mansion, and a current UBRP student. In his free time, Eric enjoys playing the piano, listening to jazz, and reading a good book.
