I am a junior majoring Molecular and Cellular Biology Department with a minor in Public Health. I hope to find myself working in the public health and medical field, especially with infectious diseases and underserved populations. Research is also a significant aspect of my life--I thoroughly enjoy asking questions and investigating them in a lab setting. In my free time, I love spending times with friends, finding quirky things to do around Tucson, and exercising (mainly dancing, yoga, and running). Having been born and raised in Tucson, you can always find me giving back to my community through volunteer work and involvement. I am a long-standing volunteer at the Southern Arizona AIDS Foundation, a member of the social and service fraternity Delta Lambda Phi, and involved in many student organizations, including the Student Health Advocacy Committee. My goal in life is to help others, make a difference, and be happy. Everything I do is in pursuit of that goal.
