Robert Davis Lectureship

The Robert Davis Lectureship was established to support two lectures per year, one in the fall semester and one in the spring semester, to bring internationally recognized scholars to the University of Arizona campus, for the purpose of information dissemination and collegial interactions with faculty and students.

The objective of this fund is to develop a collaborative seminar program jointly funded by the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry (CBC), the Institute for Biomedical Science and Biotechnology (IBSB), and the Translational Genomics Institute (TGen) in Phoenix. The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry will, together with IBSB and TGen, host two visitors per year, with the objective of having each visitor present two lectures, one in Phoenix and one in Tucson, both jointly funded and sponsored by the three entities: CBC, IBSB, and TGen.
