CBC Student Athlete Katrina Konopka Wins Bronze at World University Games

Biochemistry major Katrina Konopka captured a bronze medal in the 50 meter freestyle final at the World University Games held in Taipei, Taiwan this past August. She was one of 20 female swimmers in the country invited to compete. This was her first international individual event. Katrina is looking forward to seeing what else she can accomplish while at the University of Arizona.
